Blackbeards in Albany

Nice menu selection. It is good just watch what you order, can get expensive quick. Place real busy with lots of booths.They had two menus, this is one. Next picture is crab bites.Food quality was better than expected. We shall return.

The food was delicious. With curbside service and to-go orders being a high volume norm, they should invest in buzzers or beepers so ppl will know when their food is ready.

Pretty good southern style seafood restaurant. Large place with plenty of seating, and a good ambiance. Service was excellent and there is a great kids menu.The menu is quite pricey, though portions are plenty. The BBQ unfotunately seems more an after thought. The brisket I ordered was mushy with taste of smoke and not much else. Not even the sauce could save it.Everything else we ordered was good. I would likely recommend to stick with the seafood here.

Excellent food, Excellent service. We will definitely be back ! My only complaint was that they need coasters for your beverage, so it doesn't sweat onto your clothing.

You get great portion for the price. Seating was quick . We were seated within 10 min. My wife had the pork chops dinner and was surprised when it came and she had 3 big chops with Texas toast. The pic show 2 of the chops and a few shrimp.she also got two sides . She said the chops were not overly season and fried okra was a good amount cover the whole plate.and bake potatoes was cooked nicely. Our waiter Daniel was quick polite and friendly and took good care of us. I had the rainbow trout. Nicely done and season with cheese grits.

Fantastic. I got pork BBQ and brisket and it was so delicious I didn't want to stop eating. The baked beans were definitely a great choice of side as well.

Dash was our server. She was very friendly and attentive to our table. Dash constantly checked on us. She made our experience pleasant. I highly recommend asking for Dash when you visit. The food was very good, as well.

Went to Blackbeard's today... I've heard about the spot, so I decided to go.....I am so glad I finally went.. the food was DELICIOUS snd the service was great... it was a very clean establishment.. I didn't have to wait long for my food, and I didn't have to wait a long time to be seated... if you're in the Albany area and want some good food.. you won't go wrong stopping by here.. they have a variety of food to choose from on the menu.

Such friendly servers!! Very meaty ribs!! The atmosphere was so neat and coastal. Very good food!!

Decent food when you can get it, but I just want to say that I have attempted to call this location at around 5-6pm for the past 3 days. I either get no answer at all, I am sent straight to voicemail, or someone picks up the line just to hang up. Normally that doesn’t happen, so I’m a little confused? They just lost money 3 times in a row though. My whole family of 7 was ready to place an order. We just ordered Longhorns instead.

The food, portions, atmosphere were great. My friend and I had the privilege of Shauntay serving us. She was EXCELLENT!

Food was good and always have been but this time soon after finishing my meal I started having very bad stomach pains, like I was being stabbed in the gut. I dont know if its food poisoning or not but it sure didn't start until after I ate it though.

Absolutely Amazing!! Justin our server was great and down to earth. Our food was delicious and large portions. Will definitely be back.

We were on vacation and stopped here on our way. The food was excellent, plentiful and affordable. The staff was super friendly. They were taking precautions to protect customers from COVID-19, but still made you feel your business was valued.
